​The aim of my artwork is to capture the beauty of our diverse ecosystems, connecting people to our lands. I do this through a range of mediums, using recycled and organic materials to document the world around us. The natural is juxtaposed against the manmade, allowing components of our landscapes to become isolated. By isolating these elements, an appreciation of the place can be fostered, helping the viewer overcome the overwhelming sense of complexity nature presents. As a result, a relationship between the two is facilitated, encouraging a deeper understanding of our natural landscapes.
